Management Fees

Management fees are based on the fair market value of the assets under management at the end of each calendar quarter. Fees are not assessed until after one complete quarter of service. The normal quarterly fee is .25%, charged in arrears and equal to an annual rate of 1.0%. For non-profit organizations the quarterly fee is .125%; equal to an annual rate of 0.5%. Most clients elect to have their fees deducted from their investment accounts.
